well to me, this song could mean one of two things: 1. its about hooking up with someone random at like a party where a bunch of people are doing it. "oh god i already forgot your name" "i thought i found god in your name (sex noises lol)" "keep it steady your losing the pace" or 2. its about a break up and hes trying to tell her that hes already over her like he already forgot her name and is forgetting her secrets and the stuff he used to tell her that she used to like. and the girl wants to get back with him but he kinda doesnt want to -> "Don't spill your guts 'cos that's a mess that no one wants to clean up. Is this enough? My heart is stuck. This feeling is breaking me up." (he doesnt want her anymore) he literally said "breaking me up" and the dressing room part is that hes trying new things and getting a "shiny new beginning" after it and is "cordially inviting" her telling her to move on too i think its the second one, it sounds better |
