chino is reading this and saying to himself "what a bunch of morons" the track is about a rowdy girl, and old friend, a pest rather. some one he use to hang with that would fight constantly, dragging him into unwanted conflicts snaps at the walls is an expression for a rowdy person. fighter. someone who wont back down and does not take shit. chino, or who ever the speaker is supposed to be, is reluctant to give this girl his real address, but later breaks down and "confesses" his real address after the third time bumping heads with the girl. "theres all your eveidence" expressing him trying to convince her its finally legit. the sequence 665, 645, 665. there are no drug references in this song.
