Such a great song. It describes opiate addiction so well, but it can also be interpreted to be about other addictions. "He said really I just want to dance Good and evil matched perfect, it's a great romance" This line describes the love hate relationship so well. You love the drug when you're on it, and the feelings that it gives you, but you despise what the drugs does to your life and the people close to you. BTW in the line "I can deal with some psychic pain If it'll slow down my higher brain" I think it supposed to be If it'll slow down my heart or brain. |
