To me this is more aimed at a person, about a relationship. "roll away your stone i'll roll away mine" seems like putting the cards on the table. He will give his all if you do. "it seems that all my bridges have been burned but youll say thats exactly how this grace thing works" seems more about when hes walking away and the ties are burnt, the reply is thats what it means to be graceful. also "these here are my desires and i wont give them up to you this time around" is that in the end he won't give everything up and "roll away his stone" Just how i hear it anyway :) |
