fell in love with this song the first time i listened to it. it was the one i couldn't wait to listen to before i bought nothing personal and i still love it. :D it's definitely about revenge; he's in a relationship that's gone wrong and having problems ("wide awake, my mistake so predictable") and that's he still thinks she's pretty and stuff but she's not worth all the trouble she's caused him ("pretty face but the chase ain't worth the prize") so as revenge he's gonna break her heart. love it. :] i now plan to do this with a guy who broke my heart and was a total idiot with me a while ago. thanks atl! :D |

why does everyone seem to hate this song? it's freaking awesome! i got three words to remember in dealing with the end, the party scene, put up or shut up, so wrong, it's right, nothing personal, umbrella, time to break up, and toxic valentine so i have pretty much every song they've done and practically all of them are brilliant! and how is this a different sound? it's pop-punk like they always have been. and who gives a damn about maturity? they're only like 21 or something - save the maturity for older and bigger bands like metallica or something. anyway i love all time low and probably always will do. :] great job with nothing personal guys - i listen to it every day :D anyway about the song meaning... i think it means... he likes this girl but he really shouldn't so he's denying it to everyone and himself. :] ily atl. |
