This song is about a miscarriage Meredith had. Anthony had said in an interview that the first year of marriage was difficult. The loss of their unborn child drove him to check himself into a psychiatric ward, he also said that Meredith was the strong one and the line "do you still want me" refers to that. He was suppose to be writing and scheduling recordings for the new album when this happened and didn't feel right putting the band before his wife. She lost the baby Christmas 2009 and as I am posting this she is now again pregnant again, and they're in the process of choosing baby names.
