It's about a bad trip. Stranger's glances = paranoia from doing whatever made him trip so hard. 'All alone, he turns to stone while holding his breath half to death' - he's getting "stoned" from holding in the substance that's causing his trip Delusions/whispering - obviously, he's tripping. And the bird is reality. He's addicted to tripping even though this particular experience may have been bad for him, he still crawls away from reality. "if he can't relieve it, it grows" - his addiction grows if he doesn't keep using Just my slightly humorous translation. Nothing serious, even though the music video totally looks like a bad trip I'm sure that's not what the song was written about. Lol |

woww. they are effing amazingg. hopefully they'll be able to get something out now that craig's no longer in chiodos and cinematic sunrise.. its weird though. to me it seems like each singer has a sexy part in all 3 of the songs except for craig. like for empty sighs and wine, i think the sexy part is when jonny is doing the "steps" i guess you can call it.. and then in hills like white elephants, i think vic has the sexy part when hes talking about "she can make the salt taste like sugar on her hands" and then in this one, its kinda vic and jonny.... the only part of craigs that i like is when he's like "so i guess we'll never know!" but that's not in this song.. i think its in empty sighs and wine. it sounds like something he'd do. or like somethin from a chiodos song or something. lol i don't knoww. that's just my opinion on it though. |
