Taylor Swift – The Way I Loved You Lyrics 16 years ago
I need to stop reading these because I'm getting myself annoyed. This song is SO clearly about two separate people. The verses are about a guy (he) who she's with who seems perfect and that she should love. He pulls out the stops to make her happy but she just doesn't feel passionately about him. But she's singing the song to her ex (you), Telling him that she misses how crazy and chaotic things used to be.

-He can't see the smile I'm faking
And my heart's not breaking
Cause I'm not feeling anything at all
And you were wild and crazy
Just so frustrating intoxicating
Complicated, got away by some mistake-

How clear can she be? I mean, if it relates to you in a different way, that's fine. But I just don't get how people can really think this is supposed to be about the one guy.

Taylor Swift – Tied Together with a Smile Lyrics 16 years ago
I understand that everyone has their own interpretations but I PROMISE she wrote it about her friend with an eating disorder. You can take the song to mean whatever you'd like, but there is no debate about what she was thinking when she wrote it. She's said it several times.

Taylor Swift – Breathe Lyrics 16 years ago
Whoever she intended to write it about, I feel like it captures the exact way you feel after a break-up. That feeling that life can't possibly go on, but it does and they way you feel so lost because the other person was so much a part of you.

Stephen wrote this song for his little brother when he graduated (either from high school or college, I forget). It's his advice to him about life.
