i think its about a guy being friends with a girl and likes her, so hes making a plan or a "stage" with her on a fake realationship that other people are in too and what other people see but theyll "walk away to find whats taken" meaning they wont actually be like that to see what the relationship will be like in their own way and they "so take a listen while we glisten in the summer weather, we got the wine we just shake shake make it better" meaning theyll hang out and enjoy how they really are with each other but they know it wont last forever so they enjoy it now and make it the best that they can |

that was kind of a transition to "can i take you home?" on the CD they made it so where the end part of that sounds like the beginning of the next song, which was "can i take you home?" and it would flow together and it was like a special bonus thing to the end of this song too:) |

in the beginning i think hes saying that he knows this plan could end up bad, but hes still going to try since he doesnt give up nad theyre all ready to do what theyre planning to do. then they take over something (in the song, they say a bank and hold poeple hostage or theyll blow their damn brains out) and they want fame from what theyre doing instead of money that other people will offer them and when the time comes for them to be offered what they want,which will be soon, theyll still be there in their best state and ready im probably wrong though |
