no idea what 'wooskie' means, but i think the song is about the alienation you feel in the winter, stuck indoors, with the window being your only connection to the outside world... he sees this girl from afar, but his only connection with her is in his gaze through the window/video camera. she's all bundled up, so he has no idea who she is. but he imagines she is waving to him. in the summer, he fantasizes about this mystery girl, who he spotted out in the snow... |
