I don't know... I mean music is art and everyone is welcome to interpret anything, any way they want. However, I watched Lady Gaga Takeover on Fuse, and she explained the song meaning.
It's about wanting all the most disgusting parts of someone. Things they think nobody could ever love. She's saying that she would love it all, not just the good, but the bad as well.
