i get the image of a guy getting a message on his phone from his girl saying that she is cheating....
at the beginning of the song, in my mind, i see him sitting there by his bed with the phone in his hands as if he had just heard the message. he feels destroyed. and he realizes that the relationship he was in, was nothing but lies. "play it back until the voice becomes just a sound, penetrate my mind with all these images of you" is him just listening to her message over and over and thinking things he wish he wouldn't. and finally it seems like he contemplates suicide?? maybe? |

honestly, i love this song. lol
it's definitely not one of their best, but for some reason both parts 1 and 2 just kinda stand out to me... i guess it could be the slight change of style from the rest? either way, i dig it. :D |
