Daniel James says that this music is about two people in a relationship that they want to work out, but dont know what to do to make it right. I personally think that just one person is in this relationship, the other one is in another level, doing other things in life.. I guess this song is about the end of the humanity too, but I guess it is in the vision of God or an old and wise man who already knew the future. And he tells everything in a certain kind way... Like a grandpa says "i told them, but they didn't heard me.. but it's ok, they were just immature, just kids" By the lyrics I think it is about the end of humanity. By the sonority I think it is someone talking about what happened in a certain kind way. Sometimes the melody makes me think that the humans were naive soldiers, but brave anyway.. That justify the whole music to me. |
