Okay first of all, it's "you be the lock, I'll be the key." not "you be the lock, yeah I'll be the key." And it's not "Sell it baby, or we won't be friends" it's "tell me baby are we more than just friends?" And you left out the part where CJ sings "now it's time I'll turn the lights down, low (show me yours and I'll show you mine)" In my opinion it is about sex, but according to what they said in a video it's about taking a girl out and just having a good time, if you watched the music video you might understand the song a little bit more - and the behind the scences video. And if it is about sex I'm perfectly fine with that. At least it isn't aa perved as other songs out there. In fact it's one of my favorite songs - and the part where he sings "tell me baby are we more than just friends?" He's giving the girl a choice. |
