| Morbid Angel – Dominate Lyrics | 4 years ago |

I think it is about the principal engine of the living creatures - the will to survive and conquer. It is evolutionary "Weak aside - no place for those our struggle leaves behind" - you really think this is about the christian god? |

the adversary force is speaking, describing his existence more or less a black metal version of "sympathy for the devil" without playing with the words very undigested song for untrained ears but for the ones who can catch the atmosphere this one is sublime, the guitars wall will get to your ears as the flames of the alleged hell A MASTERPIECE! |

He is fighting with his addiction, heroin in this case. A friend of mine, luckily he has escaped from that hell, cried when he listened this song for the first time. "It's killing you, you're killing me, I'm clinging on to my sanity, All I need is a short term remedy, Come and hide me from this terrible reality Dreaded memories flood back to me, But there's still a willful mind behind these cold, Psychotic eyes, Now I tread this path so differently, I've opened my mind and darkened my entire life." |

| My Dying Bride – A Doomed Lover Lyrics | 13 years ago |

"doom is to be experienced, not just listened" such truth in these words, especially when you hear My Dying Bride SODWOF This song is about the biggest lost in life, the personal love. It is so dramatic and powerful that you can't keep stop playing it emptiness aplenty spread before me - who hasn't felt that particular moment, when all seems to be have been lost forever? It takes quite some time to recover and you're unfazed by the memories, but unfortunately this song is extremely beautiful. |

| Exodus – Children of a Worthless God Lyrics | 15 years ago |
| Not only jihadists, it's about religious madness in general, islam as well as judeo-christianity. They both have a lunatic concept of god. Appreciate that Exodus has made this kind of statement in one of their songs. | |

What do you think, how about Slayer make a song about Palestine? It could be even more extreme, I guess.. what do you think? |

| Entombed – Left Hand Path Lyrics | 15 years ago |
|
Actually is a song about the life of an atheist, despite 'demonic' resemblance. When he sing "I dip my forefinger in the watery blood of your impotent redeemer And write over his thorn torn brow, the true Prince of Evil" he's speaking about himself, a non-believer who despise the Christ-myth-non historical forgery-falsity and decadent lies. I'm an atheist myself, I don't see anything satanic in me. Read these verses: "I am my own God Master slave and I will be beyond the grave No one will take my soul away I carry my own will and make my day" and find me anything satanic in it. It's pure nihilistic atheism. And Entombed are masters in writing these kind of verses. Actually "Clandestine" album is full of this Nitzschean-Heideggerian verses. Read the opening track "Living Dead" or "Sinners Bleed" or any song.. they (Entombed) teach us verses that we should made quotes: "Live your life you're gonna die your own death There's no one above that's gonna take your breath" |

| Noir Désir – Le Vent Nous Portera Lyrics | 15 years ago |

here's a more accurate translation: I’m not afraid of the road We must see, we must taste Meandering in the hollow of your kidneys There, everything will be OK The wind will carry us away You message to the Big Bear The trajectory of the race And instant of Velvet Even if it’s not useful The wind will take it away Everything Will disappear But the wind will carry us away The caress and the rifle This wound that tears us apart The Palace of other days Of tomorrow and yesterday The wind will carry them away The Genetic shoulder-belt Chromosomes in the atmosphere Taxis for galaxies And my flying carpet The wind will take it all away Everything will disappear But the wind will carry us away The perfume of our dead years What can come knocking at your door Infinite destinies We lay some but what do we retain? The wind will take it away While the tide rises And everyone is counting their dues I bring to the crease of my shadow Dusts of you The wind will take them Everything will disappear But the wind will carry us |

| Excellent song | |
| Entombed – Living Dead Lyrics | 16 years ago |

I think this is a pretty Nitzschean concept lyrics, the nullifying of religious slavery and the condemning of human bowing to his inner fears.. like a real living dead, the believer is self-condemned by the ethics imposed on him. "a lie have built unto itself a throne in your head beholder of a life that perished you are living dead!" great musical song, also.. furious. |
