OMFG.... when i saw the video, the lyrics revealed their meaning. look closely at the metaphors in the video. One major metaphor that might not have been used intentionally, the puppet. she was a puppet controlled by the strings of an indifferent society. Outcasted. shame...im crying... O.o silly people....silly people this is a brilliant use of symbolism. blue and yellow.... and it's ALL in how you mix the two(all meaning...the TITLE!!!) when you mix blue and yellow together you get GREEN green is the colour of jealousy. it's a love song about jealousy. there i simplified it for ya :D 15 years old and i outsmarted many ppl. i feel accomplished...well,back to wasting more time XD |

Well...aside from the first comment ^_^ ... ... ... My first impression of this song was that it was indeed of an emotionless human. If you need a hint, the lines: It's automatic, watching faces I don't know Erase the face of you. It seems though as if other people influence who this song is directed to( who bill is speaking to) but they don't seem to care how they are affected by others. They might have been different in the past (erase the face of you). this leaves the teller of this story heartbroken yet still attached (why do i keep loving you?) well....anyway, GREAT SONG!!! I got chills when i first heard it, considering it sounded like tokio hotel almost went SCENE on us all D: idk im only a teenager from the school of the arts. have a nice day ppl XP |
