i love this song! i would cry myself to sleep listening to this song for weeks after me break-up and every time i listen to it, it brings back so many emotions. sometimes it still makes me cry:)) it's a beautiful song. i love james morrison in it, him and jason sound great together. truly and masterpiece!:) |

i think this song has a lot of meanings. one, you shouldn't make someone your everything.."hold your own. know your name. go your own way." meaning dont loose yourself by making someone your all. i dont think this song is talking about just one thing in general, like relationships. "if its a broken part replace it, broken arm then brace it, if its a broken heart then face it." so yes its suggests relationships but it also suggested other things which makes me believe that the songs about holding your own in general. also its about looking at the details in life..."the details in the fabric are the things that make you panic."
meaning you just keep looking over the details in your head making your worry or, panic. so there's a lot of meanings to this song. does that make sense? hope it helps:) |

hate his voice he sounds like a girl. this song is ok... a lot better than "one time." Im gonna point out the obvious and say that the only reason he's famous and gets his songs on the radio is because of his looks. then again, it seems like everything is about looks these days. oh and the lyrics above are a little wrong..just saying.

i love this song! Its really relatable to a lot of girls and its a great break-up song. It def helped me get through my break-up:) as far as the meaning goes its pretty self explanatory. just really listen to the song!:) |
