I choose to interpret the mention of 'killing the ego' as the answer to what has been called the chief spiritual journey of our time: the seemingly phenomological quality of 'mind'. it's complicated being a wizard, my friends. but it is so beautiful..so beautiful.

This song seems fairly obvious in it's intended meaning: a man who feels very distant from a certain woman.
My personal interpretation focuses on the line 'how can i be wrong, if the decision's already made' here, he seems to be expressing how they are separated but it wasn't his decision, and now he's a low man. |
