the first part of the song is about stalking. i think. People not in the right mind set see the showing of love in other ways then most people. it is kinda like a dog or cat that gives a bird or mouse to his/her master. it also reminds me of the people who loves someone so much they want to eat a part of them. so they can have the one they love with them forever, as a part of them. I do not understand why some people think like this but anywhoo.... "And I hold your beating chambers Until they beat no more You die like angels sing" This is my favorite part. i do not know why. to me he is killing the one he loves so she can be one with him and her death is the most beautiful thing ever.( to him) this reminds me of "if i cant have you no one can/if i kill you ,you will be mine forever" BUT. This just might be a song about love in death. they love each other and thus kill one another . no matter what it means it drips with obsession. this song is amazing and wonderfully done. it is very dark and intense.I wish i could write something such as this. amazing. |

this song is so sad. so very sad. i am glad they added "And when the world burns apart, There will be a place for your car."( as in no one will be left park any place XD XD i think) it ads just enough humor so i don't cry all over the place. Claudio sings so well on this one i love his voice and he sounds so sad. it ads to it. |

hmm i feel that Coheed is hurt because how he has changed. he might be sick and "broken"(mentally/physically) but he is still Coheed deep down. Cambria does not see it that way even if in her heart she thinks it so("Is it your eyes that choose not to see"), pushing him away. he can give chase and yet he can never get to her..even if he pleads("Oh, please, this is what I can give What else do you need from me?")Cambria "needs" Coheed to be himself again. that is something he can never give. I feel this distance might be "emotional" and not distance apart. "No matter the distance, no matter how,no matter how far"-- i feel this hints at this:no matter how far this goes she will never be the same towards him. over all i think Coheed is very heart broken. the one he loves, the only one he gave his trust in, shut him out when he needed them the most. this is what i think anyway. |
