You're all forgetting that in order to build new cities and towns, natural areas must be destroyed. I think the "what do they do with the bodies?" is a referance to all of the animals that will have been killed in order for "harbor cities with strip malls and tar-mac" to have been built. Where have all of the bodies gone? The whole song is just about how when you're young it's so important to live in "cookie-cutter neighhourhoods" as near to any shop, cinema or McDonalds as possible; nature is boring & insignificant but once you get older you realise that in fact it is & it's so much more important. Well, some of us do. |

In Greek mythology, Narcissus was a handsome Greek youth who rejected the desperate advances of the nymph Echo. The song itself seems pretty self explanitory - in my opinion; a selfish, egotistical down right son of a bitch girl who leaves Max for her own benefit. |
