I love this song! I think it's about a guy who really loves this girl (who is clearly friends with benefits), but she doesn't feel the same. 'I've got you on your knees but im the one whos begging please' and 'I'm holding out for you, so use me like you do' He loves her and he wishes that when she fucks him, she means it.. but he can't bring himself to say any of this out loud because the sex they have is too great to put at risk! I could be totally wrong but thats the impression i get. Great song though! |

I think song is about a guy who has been screwed over by a friend (not ex girlfriend or whatever) that he looked up to. 'You taught me to face what i've never seen, then you led me blind' means they had a lot of power over him but misused this power somehow, perhaps by making him do things he shouldn't be doing or didn't want to do.. 'You watched me obliged and i watched you see'. The first half of the song talks about him being naive and anxious whereas the climax at the end shows him kind of having an apiphany, and the realisation that he really has been used. I could be totally wrong, as this is one of my first lyrical analyse' but either way, this band is great with amazing lyrics! :) |

I can't believe no one has commented on this yet! I totally love this mix between melo-rock and drum and bass. I think that the songmeaning is quite simple its about a boy who is hearbroken or numb because of a past girlfriend, who is trying to break his heart (unspecified how), but he doesn't understand why she is doing the things she is if she really doesn't feel anything for him anymore. Great song, especially seeing as i don't usually listen to this kind of music. |
