it's weird because it's Missing Persons, like there's more than one person. So that kind of tells me it's not a couple. I don't know, maybe it's about friends. Like how sometimes you are such good friends with people but as time goes on you go your own separate ways and they essentially become strangers to you. |

Yeah I was definitely a hater until I heard this song. And even though Miley Cyrus isn't a great singer live, I for sure think she's getting better now that she's moving away from the Hannah Montana scene. I thought this was about a boyfriend.. But it could classify as one of those sneaky Christian songs, too. It just depends on how you want to interpret it. But yeah I love this song. I'm kind of on the Miley train now. |

First thing I thought was of the music industry. How some people have it really easy; all they need is a pretty face and money from their daddies to be a "somebody". And that those people are going to be the downfall of bands like oneRepublic. Who knows; it could be about a lot of things. |
