the beginning verse says she saw the queen swim and she lifted her hands to her and she didnt lift her up... when i first heard this song i thought of someone drowning and seeing someone above them and lifting up their hands for help and no one lifting them... i know no one has anything written thats anything close to this idea, and the rest of the song doesnt match what i just said either, but thats what i thought of. |

| i love flyleaf. i love how they are hard and how lacey can scream in her songs and have that very hard rock feeling but have God underlying in almost all of their songs. it's very symbolic of how no matter what we do in life, God underlies somewhere. i'm not a big christian and i dont go to church or anything, but i love their songs and their meanings. | |
