This song is simply amazing. It was one of the first R&B/Jazz songs I learned. It has such a enthralling chord progression. When you listen to it, it puts you in a peaceful state of mind, where everything is zen. It's a great song, And Ray's voice is absolutly amazing on this track. |

Damn right bro, Local H was the most under rated band of the 90's. I know Nirvana, Alice in Chains, Pearl JAm, Soundgarden, Screaming Trees, Mudhoney, Sonic Youth, Smashing Pumpkins, White Zombie, Veruca Salt, The Cranberries....the list goes on and on but local H was a damn good band and only 2 people Scott Lucas was a amazing singer/songwriter ( I may have spelled his name wrong so yeah sorry) but yeah I have seen them live and I even met Scoot after the show and he is one of the coolest guys you'll ever meet. But this song is about how when you have a bad break up ( like I just went through so I can really relate to this song) and you see all the other people being happy all lovey dovey. AHHHHHHHHH YOU JUST WANNA PUNCH THEM IN THE FACE!!!!!!!!!! you hate seeing everyone happy becuz your not happy. And in secert you still love that person but you can't let go becuz you were more into them then they were into you. DAmn I miss her. |

This song was the exact song I was listening to before me and my would- be wife broke up. She fills my bed with gasoline.WOW those lyrics are so true it could mean she left him and burned away any sense of pride or honor he had. But anyway, If anybody goes thorugh a tuff break-up you should listen to this song it is helping me. I love it and it gives me hope. I don't know why, but then again who cares it a great song anyway. I shed alot of tears to this song I listened to it 50 times last night, then I played along with it 50 more and NO I AM NOT LYING about that 100 times and it never got old. Music can heal people I think so pick up a guitar, drums, bass, sing, banjo, violin, turn tables, whatever.... it don't matter what style rock ,jazz, country, blues (Blues yeah I got those right about now. B.B King baby he is awsome) but yeah music is healing. |

Man I just went through a bad break up with my girl. We had been together for almost 4 years!!! but anyway, I collect alot of diffrent types of music and something about this song... I don't know what it is but it hits me. It gives me hope. "I close my eyes and I see a freak." I feel like that freak last night she told me I was a morose person, she said There was nothing I could offer after 4 years it sucks. I loved her I even asked her to marry me and she said yes, that was 4 months ago, but anyway This song is amazing I think it could be about drugs, and a relationship but in all honesty it's up to each person to decide what it means.
