I was extremely surprised at the sexual undertone of a couple of the verses... for more mature ears, it can be somewhat awkward listening to this song with others, especially members of your family. That's the way it was for me, anyway... Am I the weird one here?

Well, I know that this song is pretty old, and not a lot of people are liking it anymore, but have any of you heard of VersaEmerge? They did a cover of this on YouTube... Seriously, it's sexy. You know, I'm not entirely sure what their deal is with the whole "platypus" thing. I've heard that word all over their works, and it seems to be some weird inside joke with them. It's in Handlebars-- "Me and my friend saw a platypus" -- It's funny as hell, but random as moose boogers.

You know, this was one of my favorite songs when I was a kid and was lonely. I used to love to read, even when I was young, but nobody would read to me. I listened to this song, and it felt like there was someone there with me. It's a song of comfort, really.
