I love this song so much, it's so relaxing (especially with it's juxtaposition of most of the other Revolution Roulette songs). It's a very special song to me, as it reminds me of my best friend. In the past we were only distant friends, but after a while we drifted apart. In this time apart we both ended up friends with people that we tried to help, but in helping these people we ended up belittling ourselves and wearing ourselves out. Finally one day I couldn't take it anymore and called her up during my breakdown. I ended up seeing how she was always a true friend and we ended up helping each other well, not help others to such an unhealthy extent. She's one of the few people I feel safe saying what's on my mind to without being judged and she's told me she feels the same. We've helped each other through so much, it surprises me sometime. She's also the one that got me into Poets of the Fall. When I bought this album and she listened to it, she said "Hey, this reminds me of us. How we have our tough times but will always be there for each other". Every time I hear this song, I can't help but to feel thankful to have such a special friend. Thank you Sarah, I love you so much. |

| I think this song can be taken as many different ways. I see it as procrastination. You see a situation (ie someone in need, starving people, etc) and want to help or do something about it, but you never quite get to it. People are aware of this situation but really aren't doing anything about it. It's an encouraging song saying 'stop putting things off, you have the power to do something about it, do it! Here and now, not later!' | |

| I agree with Turenz, it's a song about wanting to come back and face reality. If you think about it, life can be so tough, so downing that at times we build walls of comfort around us. People always tell us how wonderful the rest of the world is, and we want to go see it, to experience it. I believe this song expresses the want to expand what our own personal 'world' is and see the rest of the great big world out there, but we aren't quite ready. I also believe that the 'take me there' lyrics are about how other people or a certain person can get us outside our walls. To help us see the great world for what it's for. | |
