Great song! It must have taken a long time to write this. There are so many memorable quotes here. It's more important to be nice, I guess than being wise. and the last lines: Being nice is only hard, when others aren't. It's hard to hear whether he's saying: All time is over, or Our time is over. |

The meaning isn't clear to me, he seems to have gone mad. Could be about a break up: How could you be so perfect for me? Why can't you ignore the things I did before? But in the later verses it sounds like it's political. In the last verse it sounds to me like he's saying: When roles are reversed. Opinions are, doomed. Anyway, strong lyrics and a great start of a great album. |
