It just means drugs man, just about every city has a 'red light district' that doesn't exactly mean there are red lights everywhere, just like the fact that not all prostitutes abuse alcohol or do drugs believe it or not, no offence at all man, and correct me anytime, but i assume you've never been or grown up around any of those things except maybe alcohol, that you've had a reasonably good life with your eyes covered up by your parents and that all you know about prostitutes is what you've seen on the t.v |
