Shit, I was born at the last year of the fizzling generation-x so excuse my lean. This song sounds like it could come from Courtney Love or someone else touched by Cobain's suicide. The dude was feeling out of place for 3 days bumming around before the big day. I feel for him but he was convinced that he was doing the right thing by placing himself out of this planet. Everyone else around him knew that was not true. He talked about his love for this or that in his note but we all felt like "yeah it's cool you take all this music and culture seriously, but you could do more while your at the top or at least alive". The songs about contemplating questionable actions just to keep it simple. Unrequited love will fill you but don't let it finish you. |

I just lost my grandpa yesterday. He raised me and this is rough can't sleep. This song is about peoples strugglin but what makes it authentic and real is the last verse. Scarface made me lose it. I stayed up all nite tryin to forget but, man the last verse dealing wit death kills me. Jigga wit the "streets" being "conduit" is what makes him the best alive.... Sick song but wit and upbeat tempo to remind us that life is a cycle. Up's and downs. |
