| I'd say this is just about life. I can really relate to that whole staring at pictures that once captured a moment you never wanted to forget but then one day you find that picture and its nothing but strangers with frozen faces and captions on the back you dont even remember. And you just keep staring and wonder who those silly kids in the picture are (because you/and whoever else in the picture have changed so much and grown so far apart) and although you haven't even thought of that person or that picture or that day or those old times you miss the joy and comfort of it and wonder where the hell it ever went and what ever happened to it. And you get in that mood where you start to be so unsatisfied with everything you have and just want back everything you had. So you get so desperate and call and cry on your friend to tell you everything will be alright. Because you need that person to tell you everything will be alright. You need that person who knows you so well but hardly knows you at the same time. You need that distance and that friend. I wish I could write a song and form my feelings into words like these. | |
