hmmmmm.. Aeons of awareness limited to a feeble existence (aeon means a long period of time...so maybe and extremly long period of awerness that is limited to imprisonment) Restrictively implanted in the vessel called man (possibly meaning that the prison being implanted in mans biology) Genetically bound to a covert system (meaning that it is in our DNA to abide by a system of rules and settings that wer set by beng we do not know of?) Never to discover more than is allowed (to me this means that ma cannot dicover truth...only illusion of what is the truth) There is no truth (inforces my opinion of last line..meaning there is no truth) Only a perspective (meaning we see our perspective of what we think is the truth) The locked physical senses were designed to misinform (that our own eyes, ears, smell, and touch will tell lies?) We must transcend the illusion (meaing that we should break the wall of lies) Breaking the barricade of infinite cognizance (break the barriar between us and the higher beings) A glimpse scurries through the peripheries of allowance (hmmmm...maybe seeing the steps between possible and impossible?) its very very funny to me how all of you seem to think you are all right. music is relative to everybody. it has been here ever since the dawn of man. & everybody has some oinion to it. i for one find CCs music bland. i really dont care tht muh about the lyrics. i cant say anything about them because i am more of a waking the cadaver fan..& they have pretty much the same lyrical themes as CC. as being a professional lyrics i know what im talking about. cannibal corpse has gotten much fame because they appeal to a certain number of people. it could also attribute to the fact that they have been here since the 80s its not like they gained fame over the day. as for that person who came here & said metheads are idiots...prove it..i for one love metal because in my personal opinion metal goes to the core of a persons humanity & shows what it is. i have o ide why people seem to talk about CC & slipknot all the time. they are different genres. if you want to hate something & compare it to a band you like at least let itbe in the same genre cannibal corpse-death metal/gore core lyrical themes slipknot-alt metal/nu metal as for the slayerfreak & whats his/her name...i just laughed...i dont like cannibal corpse...&they are 1 sided...but that doesnt give who ever his/her name the right to say its bad..canniblal corpse has made success throuh what they do. it obviously seems to get people to buy their music. as for lamb of god & cc...good god are people this stupid that they will compare a band like lamb of god to CC...PEOPLE IF YOU WANNA COMPARE SOMETHING COMPARE A BAND IN THE SAME SORT OF SUBGENRE...SURE..AT TIMES LAMB OF GOD CAN BE CONSIDERD DEATH METAL...BUT COMPARING CC TO LAMB OF GOD IS LIKE COMPARING VENUS TO EARTH!!! my opinion is that i dont like either lod or cc... so to everyone saying it sucks just remember...music is relative to everyone...your opinion isnt the law what so ever |
