This is a wonderful song. I love it, and it also reminds me of myself and my love. She lives in Utah atm and I am in Texas. This is also our song. I try to sing it to her as much as possible, even though its over the phone, she still likes it and I love singing this song to her, and I am also learning to play it on the guitar for her, but she does not know that yet... so shhhhh =D "Close your eyes, Listen to my voice, It's my disguise, I'm by your side" This is one of my favorte lines in the whole song. It is just... I do not know how to explain it... "Our friends would all make fun of us, And we'll just laugh along because, We know that none of them have felt this way" I love this line too. Because we both are in the crossfire of our friends thinking this long distance relationship is stupid, but we know they they felt what we felt before, and we just brush it off and just laugh. "I'd walk to you if I had no other way" is basicly saying I will go to any lengths to be with her, which is what I am going to be doing as soon as I finish school this year and move down to Utal to be with her till she is finish with her school in 2 years. I do not care what I have to do, I will go through hell for her. I believe anyone in a long distance relationship should listen to this song. Even if you are not in a long distance relationship, it is still a very beautiful love song. |
