| while possible, i dont know why disturbed would write a song about a succubs. i think that much more likely, this song is about draiman's ex-girlfriend/fiance, who just upped and abandoned him during the making of this album. the song "The Infection" seems to be about the aftermath of her leaving. | |

| Based off of some of the interviews that ive seen with draiman, it sounds like this song is about his fiance, who left him while they were on vacation. Then his dog died, and when he finally got home, he was lefted to move into his new home in Austin, Tx, completely alone. it seems like this song is about him trying to make himself let go, so that he can move on. | |

Guys....as weird as this sounds....please. stop messin with justin beiber. i know its fun, i do it myself. but if you look at this page, theres just as many if not more people here makin fun of him(dont get me wrong, HATE this little fag) but were just fueling the flame for this little queer, giving him more comments. every SINGLE metal video i try to watch on youtube, is overrun with people makin beiber jokes. as much as i hate, him and everything that he and this genre stand for, i think that if we stop messin with him, thats half of his popularity rite there. we need to do whatever it tkaes to end this little homo, even if it means not makin fun of him anymore. =( do what must be done. |

well 2 loverly, i already explained myself, but i will leave one final comment on my thoughts. Music in my opinion, is something u create, and you express emotion through. this is nothing more than some electronica synth beats that someone made on their computer. theres no real instruments, therefore, example one of no talent, second i disagree with u, i dont think that this shows any emotion. its just some pop scene douchebags, who made up some ryhmes about sex. Pop in general, at least all that ive heard, is the same. computer noise behind some semi-catchy and usually dirty, ryhmes. thats y i dont listn to it. i like metal, wich in my and many others opinion is the most difficult of generes because good metal requires extreme skill and talent to produce, from the guitars, to the drums, to the screaming or the crooning. while most people, like you i assume, think of it as random violent screaming, if u actually listen, it can offer some of the most emotional, thoght-provoking moments of your life. and 2 answer your question, Please explain how a bunch of people saying "Its about bangin hoes!" (roughly 250 of the 285 comments) justifys talent. This will be my last post, because im just adding to the comments of a band who does not deserve it. |

I heard this song when it was brand knew, and i absolutly fell in love with the band. i know it sounds selfish, but nowadayssince the but now that the band has started to get popular, and on the radio, and everybody knows them i dunno... i kinda liked it when it was just me... anyway, enough whining. From my perspective, I always thought of this song as being aimed at overprotective parents who try to force their kid to be what they want them to be. thats been my expirience for the last couple of years, except I have four people pulling me in four seperate directions... however, obviously, this song can be interpretted in a number of different ways, depending on whose listening to it |
