I normally will never log in to comment, because although i hate to read in here and respect other people's apreciation of a song I love, I feel it will be good to focus on the fact that it is not a song about age differences. What I feel personally in the lyrics is that she went through another meaningless social situation with a person she had a quick affair she really enjoyed, but soon realize it is just that, nothing to keep. it might be referred not to a single person or situation, but maybe to several similar situations, that with time and repetition made her develop experience to understand. It is like, you really give up on having hope on a nice encounter that can be meaningful in a context full of shallowness (nightlife, clubbing, gigs, all those cool enviroments). It is my personal appreciation, and how i relate this song to my life and why i love it so much, plus the beat is sick! <3 |
