I feel that this is obviously a spiritual song. It has to do with meditation. ( I reach out from the inside) Often during meditation eyes are seen looking back at you. When I want to run away I drive off in my car(metaphore) But which ever way I go I come back to the place you are (inside) The resoulution of all the fruitless searches. (God is always on the inside waiting patiently) Think Im wrong? Crazy? Try it |

I think the lyrics refer to experiences during meditation/ It can be a very heavy thing to go through. "Lying in my sweat drying ny tears." Maybe some very hard to take truth was revealed the cause of ones problems . "Waiting for you I am." "I am" is God. Thats how I see it |
