well i think gerard is trying to metaphorically trying to say how fame and being a celebrity really is, like the fans need more more more of everything they just cant get enough, like the fans are "blood suckers" and when he says the doctors and the nurses, its like the people who cater to celebs, they love them, they rave about them, even though they dont see how really they are "awful fuck" but in the end no matter what he does it will never be enough |
