I think it's "place your bets on chance and apathy" and "this constant noise all the time." I'm pretty sure "from the wind in front of me" isn't right, but I can't figure out what he IS saying. I'm about to burst my eardrums from pressing my ear buds into my ears trying to hear what he's saying. |
