My first time to comment here, and of course on a Reamonn song - they hardly have comments here I saw. I just sent this soft song to my boy friend, we have a long distance relationship, 12000 miles separating us, and we are so down and miserable these days. This song is so encouraging, saying "I will be there, I'll pick you up when you're feeling down, I'll put your feet back on solid ground, I'll pick you up and I'll make you strong..." - it simply says you can count on me, I will be there for you, whatsof***ever. Hence he also sings "Stay with me tonight, Sometimes the words well their just not enough" - means spending a night together gives so much more than just words. But nevertheless, he is a friend and lover and will be there for her. |
