I think the meaning in this one is obvious. It's about rape with two different scenarios. In the first one, a man took a woman out and later on tries to force her into sex. In the second, a man is either raping or abusing his wife, and his daughter decides to confront him. The line, "Breathe in deep, a sea of desperate dreams, I have no mouth and I must scream" symbolizes how hard it is for rape victims to speak up about the crime committed against them.
