Perhaps it's only because I'm the girlfriend of a soldier... But this to me reminds me of deployment or a soldier getting sent off to war. "When you get out of here, when you leave me behind..." and "I can see you, running through the fields of sorrow". That's just what it sounds like to me. My boyfriend gets deployed next year, so this song makes me cry :( It's so beautiful. |
