Okay. I'm just going to say this right now. People like you, who gush about their shallow, temporary little hedonistic relationships online make me want to string up all of you by your intestines on the telephone poles and leave you for the crows to pick away. No one cares! This is the same shit regurgitated by radio stations and the media that's been going on for at least ten years, and all of you are still so braindead you can't understand that you're swallowing in the same shit! This song reminds me of what can happen when someone gets implants and an electronic voice simulator and then calls themself a star. You all are the most pathetic lowlives i can possibly imagine. I would rather French kiss Hitler than listen to this song spewing its diarrhea out of the radio. All of you can just go smear on some more make-up like cake frosting and pretend you're worth something.

This song is describing somebody in a coma. The dreamlike sleep, the humming of the machine. It sounds like the narrator is in the coma, calling out to somebody in the living world. Then there's the seven minute period of silence, and the untitled bonus track is from the perspective of the person alive, waiting for the one in the coma to wake up. |

This song makes me think of the halcyon between periods of horrible, wrenching pain. Like when paranoia consumes you and you're reduced to the taste of blood in your mouth. In the song, during the chorus, it's this incredible intensity of what almost sounds like the wrenching you feel during a paranoia bout. And then in the middle, it's the numb halcyon before returning to the wrenching. Incredible song from an incredible band. |

This song makes me want to put a bullet through my head. For one thing, the lyrics are so childish the only way people could possibly enjoy them is through a repetitive, brainwashing rhythm. Second, it makes me sick to think that this is the kind of shit nowadays that is spewing out of the radio stations like diarrhea. |
