This is a great song, to say the least. In my opinion, its simply about the two guys from 3oh3 living their life in clubs and such, even though that means nothing to them. "And if I was a rich man, I'd never been to sea, Could I take you anyways, Would you come with me, baby? And if I was a sick man, I'd never meant to be, Would you love me anyways, And would you marry me?" Is for all the fangirls who claim that they love them. But would they still love them even if they were sick, or poor? This song capitalizes on the meaninglessness of materialism. Great, great song. Thanks, 3OH!3. |

This song actually inspired the story that I'm writing right now. It's simply about a boy who's in love with a girl who has an abusive boyfriend. It's about him trying to convince the girl that her boyfriend is wrong and about him trying to win her over. All in all, beautifully haunting song. |

This is my favorite song by 3OH!3!! The video is AMAZING. Perfect 3OH!3, before they got all famous. If you think about it, this song is actually about not smoking. "Baby's got a ciggy in her lips and now she's cancerous" "Pop me in your mouth" its almost like its told from the cigarettes point of view. If you watch the video, it also magnifies my theory. Call me crazy...lol! |

This song is, to say the least, epic. In my opinion, it's the best love song ever written. I remember the first time I listened to it, I cried...and the acoustic version still makes me tear up a little. As for the song's meaning, it's simply about a boy who loves a girl so much that he would swim the ocean for her. But of course, as with any Metro Station song, there's a little innuendo laced in there with him desperate for her...shall we say...body? Any way around, excellent song. I love you Metro Station! |
