My Chemical Romance are HUGE fans of Watchmen and are friends with Watchmen director Zach Snyder. So Zach gave MCR the title song of Watchmen. Also, the music video has a TON of hidden and unhidden refernces to Watchmen! And, Chapter one of the graphic novel, Watchmen is titled "At Midnight all the agents" which are lyrics from this song!

I agree with "I'm the crybaby" meaning I'm THE emo band. In Fall Out Toy Works #1, while working on Tiffany(the toy girl) he says "Well, I've got your body doing alright..." which is taken from "I got your body doing alright". I am still looking for more references in the comic.
