Panic! at the Disco – Camisado (Relax, Relapse) Lyrics 16 years ago
To me this song is about a person watching someone he loves being very destructive to himself and the people who love him. Someone who addicted to drugs, pills, alcohol, I think this song is connected with nails for breakfast. He's been back and forth to the hospital so many times that he's in the "icu hall of fame" and the one watching is getting fed up (apathy and urgency I thought I phoned in).

The phrase "Can't take the kid from the fight, take the fight from the kid" to me means to defeat someone (like the drugs are defeating this person) if you cant take them out of the fight (in the sense of as long as they're still alive they are still in the fight)you can defeat them by taking the fight out of them so that they have given up on life.

Panic! at the Disco – That Green Gentleman (Things Have Changed) Lyrics 16 years ago
I think "that green gentleman" is money and the "her" in the song is fame, popularity etc. Basically they're saying things have changed (people know them now) but they are the same. they don't need fame (never said i missed her when everybody kissed her) or money, they are just doing what they love and will continue to (im on my way).

Panic! at the Disco – Mad As Rabbits Lyrics 16 years ago
Love this album, when I first listened to it I was shocked that it sounded nothing like Fever. How many bands can pull that off? I love the Beatles influence, love that they took a chance doing what no one else is doing right now, love that i can love songs while only having a sense of what they mean. That's poetry, when you can't interpret exactly what it means but you still *know* what it means. Love love love this group. Yes I do think this album could have been better, some songs didn't do it for me, but the ones I love are - that green gentleman, she's a handsome woman, nine in the afternoon, mad as rabbits is my favorite but don't ask me to explain it!

Panic! at the Disco – The Piano Knows Something I Don't Know Lyrics 16 years ago
This song is about what poets, artists, etc a long time ago used to call "the Muse". The Muse was always depicted as a woman and is simply the personification of artistic inspiration. In the middle part of the song he is describing the muse as smoke, steam and haze meaning one minute it's there the next gone. Also she is laughing and smiling at him as if to tease him. Anyone who's ever tried top write a song, book, poem etc knows exactly what he's describing. When the idea is right on the edge of your mind but it seems you can't quite capture it. That's why he says he lost more songs to floods, meaning there were many songs he created that never came to fruition. Saying "the piano knows something that I don't know" makes me think of a songwriter plucking out a tune, perhaps a haunting tune, on the piano keys and trying to form a song from it. In my opinion the beginning and end is the song he is working on, a beautiful haunting melody that isn't finished and that he doesn't quite know what to do with. As to the meaning of *that* song, well that's a whole other story :)
