| The Stone Roses – I Wanna Be Adored Lyrics | 16 years ago |

I find it really interesting that with just a simple verse you're able to make such a strong statement. The mood it creates is just perfect for the meaning. Every time I listen to it, it instantly sends a chill up my spine. I also believe on the whole selling my soul to the devil thing that everyone is talking about. Kinda reminds me of Hollywood actresses/actors that will do anything to make it big. |

So magical. sigh...The first time I heard this was in Donnie Darko and since then feel in love with this song. It's become one of my all time favorite songs... hands down. I've always wondered what it's about. My interpretation has always been that it's about drugs for some strange reason P.S. Has anyone heard the car commercial that has this song? (except it's a cover by some girl)... and I don't like it. |

I think that this is about Gwen wanting to get married. I mean she says "your name will never change" which is clearly traditional to change your last name when you get married. The part when she goes "I know your waiting for your ship to come in" reminds me of something I learned in my California History class when the young Spanish bride waited for her arranged law officer husband to come into shore...hmmm |

| No Doubt – End It On This Lyrics | 16 years ago |
| Well this is def about Tony and Gwen. Saw them play live in July, when they played this song it was very emotional and amazing. No wonder its one of Gwen's favorite songs to play live. My thought with this song is that Gwen is breaking up with Tony and she doesn't want to deal with him anymore. I don't think its about addiction at. If anything she was addicted to loving Tony! | |

One of the most beautifulest songs ever written about L.A. in my opinion (except for the fact that it's about a drug addiction)but its so honest and so true |
