| I still think the second verse is what I posted earlier as I remember reading or hearing an interview where the characters of Charles and Carla were mentioned in relation to this song. | |

I think the third line in first verse is Self assured is what's known as commonplace. Dressing down the passers by Ignoring the situation And how we're not willing to Accept disorder. I think 'so common ground' may be 'some common ground'. And so it's all in our creation We detach and simplify It's all in our creation Cause we dance around in disguise. Just try to make amends And find a safe place To turn |

I think maybe these are the lyrics for these lines. Why don't you go rather crook? With a taste divine I know you'll find satisfies the smallest mind. But at least where there's criminal activity, that justified yours Be the best friend that you can. With a taste divine I know you'll find satisfies your weak mind. |

The first line in each verse is Spine aligns, mechanics in motion. Second line in first verse is Aware of vision we gaze at our hands. The second line in the second verse is Aware of time we glaze over eyes. |

I think you have some of the lyrics wrong. Here are what I believe them to be. First time Tall, thin, as bitter as the ugly duckling Second time Tall, thin, as pretty, as pretty as the ugly duckling And if this stale bbq and politics culture fails to appeal You can steal from the lives of the needers and the wanters If that's happiness Then what's stopping them? What's stopping them |
