*"you must follow your heart" not "you must you follow your heart" :D suprised no-one saw that. this makes me thikn of what i will do, and what things i can make my mind up about how ive lost so many friends and how i wish that i was good enough to do the things that were mentioned at the start. it makes me wish i was a better person, and wish that i did do the stuff that i think are too good for me i realise i repeated myself; but i just have such a strong feeling for this song, and makes me cry, and i cant even sing it, which i love doing :'( lol :L o well i agree with everyone here, this song is awesome and i just love it so much Dallas you are the best ever! i wanna be just like you when I'm older!! :D:D:D Adam. xx |

Hmm this song had many meanings, but one thing is for sure, jimi died too early. and i realy do wish that he was still alive, he died not knowing how good he rely was. this song makes me think of the pigs that "owned" jimi like he could of been rich but the pigs stole his money, they used him but at least his legacy still lives on, and people will still know of his greatness the reason this song reminds me of Vietnam is because of the Film Forest Gump , which is where my dad fist told me about him, now i completely adore Jimi, every song is a gift (: i probably sound like a freak now so ill shut up :L lmao o well xD (: xox Adam. |

This song made me inlove with fightstar. they are so good at blending noises. and just generally being good. i dont know how people hate them , just cause of Charlie i mean he is one of the best singers/screamers i have ever heard. this song to me is about you and a woman loving each other, thinking that you'l see each others face when you wake up every morning, and seeing them last at night. And that you want to take care of that person all the time, but you cant whilst you sleep. so you are wishing Him/Her to sleep well so that nothing harms them the bit: "If we could take a lifetime away" ---- to me is like saying i wished that we could stay the same forever ~ feel the same for each other and want to see each other when there life is nearly taken away and they just want the moment to last like a save point in a game if you know what i mean "And make us come down"thats basically reliving that moment that plays so much in your mind. "If you could take the hours then Maybe we could fall apart" that bit reminds me of the quote "time flys when your having fun" like everything will go so fast as a couple, before you know it you will be breaking up or maybe like near death from old age, but still a couple "I could stay the same" or "I could stay here" again backing up that i wish i could just stay here and live this life with everything being as perfect as it is, this is what i thought of when i thought about what it meant to me it isnt what it actually means, it actually is a part of a consept album of wich is going on about the end of all hate and impurities of the earth (or bullshit as Charlie so rightly said :3) anyway i gotta goto bed lol ¬.¬ but umm ill continue what i think, if anyone wants to know, haha. Wow im suprised no-one has commented this i think that this song is like saying that superman is God, he tries but he cant do it all i know God doesnt exist its a myth, but still. they are proving that people are idiots for waiting for superman/"god" to arrive and help also the heavy bit to me is like the ammount of pressure that he is under. not actually phisically. meh its a good song, a bit different but still awesome. FIGHTSTAR FTW ! |

TO me this sounds like, he is sitting next to her/him dying in there death bed, and he is wishing that the angels take care of him/her as tehy journey to where ever people go after death (if they do)i mean this is just what i think of it, im probably wrong, lol, but this song reminds me of my grandad who died of liver cancer, like he was litterally wafer thin. and umm. well nothing left of you i can see it in your eyes. makes me think of .. what he is thinking, i wish he goes to a better place, let the angels take you away.. :L lol moan at me if you want its only my interpritation of the song :) i love it to death, like thats the first song i play, haha. xox. |

I dont know how you see someone (God) in a song,when you havent seen him in real life, but okay... ...Don't say anything about God until you know him personally and you shake his hand, then I'll believe he is there :) ... God is dead xP. otherwise i would be happy with my life :D Why do people assume that as they are a christian band that they automatically have to be writing about God, i mean there modern people, (im and atheist by the way :) but the actually singer said that this is about drugs, but i respect others opinions and yeah :) i love the song, its so much calmer than PT 1 ... and its helped me through things,... |
