actually its all on wikipedia just go look it up. anybody who has killed in christianities name is even more a testemnt to jesus's truth than to it not being true. read this verse. "rarely". atheist dont try to convert people they mostly try to embaraas you and make you look stupid through harsh words, not love like most christians. most christians try to convert people because they honestly care about your well being. atheists dont care about well being, they want to make you look ignorant. you cant argue with a christian or atheist, because it is all based on faith. thats why like the agnostics, there nice guys. and im a christian also missionaries go and help the people of the world, but ifyou were poor like a man in africa say and a stranger came up to you and offered you water food clothes, a hut to live in. i dont think you'd argue. you can throw the bible away if you wish, but i would be reading that thing wondering what in the world would drive someone to come all the way out here to help me, when they could be back in the america, in there rooms, eating candy, drinking pop and playing video games. its because jesus commanded us to. and they dont really have to try and convert people. people can be changed just by example. Its basically giving a sad person a hug, on a much bigger scale. |

| do you know how many innocent christians were killed by the roman, chinese, russians, indonesian, taiwanese. men with power causes corruption anywhere. its sad the catholic church represents the christian faith, when in the bible in revelations it calls the catholic church the whore of babylon the church that sold out the truth for new age beliefs. | ive struggled with this songs true meaning, but ive learned alot here and have come to a conclusion for myself. I think we forget that sometimes everybody even christians struggle with depression. in this case this persons depression is attributed to life in general. being a christian, but becomning stagnant in there faith. waiting and waiting. i believe in this case, and i know people have done this before. instead of listening to what God wants us to really do, we listen to ourselves and justify it, either by saying it was Gods path or by it not being his path at all just fading away. purposely or not purposefully. Ive experienced this pain first hand. I used to go to vhurch all the time in high school, and do msission trips, and youth groups, and I loved it, but there was always that voice in the back of my head telling me there was more than God. So I rebbeled at 18 started doing drugs drinking not working, and i continued this self destructive path for almost2 years before i wound up in jail, homeless, little to no friends left, i tried to "break the vessel my body the tmple or vessel of God, and "open my fate to Gods hands" I knew I had done wrong all that time and tried to blame (my own solution) all my problems on my parents or the church, friends, instead of coming back to God. this is a long hard road, this song really cut right through me. i was at a point where i really wanted to kill myself, but I just wasnt listening to God. take the time to just lieten to God. please. and sometimes you think even if you were saved before, that God couldnt have room on his back for the sins youve been doing for all these years (driving the failure in your hands), but thats whats amazing about God. he is always there, even in your darkest hour. | |

this song is directed right at satanists, satanic bands, satanic trends in metal, especially recent trends to try and use the crusades as a foot stool to degrade christians, devalue there beliefs in some way. especially in norway where there burning down churches and killing christians. | I agree that its about satan. but also i think it goes hand in hand with the idea of a sadducees and pharisees. judging and pushing other christians away based on looks or appearnces. so yes it is about satan and false prophets any false prophets. they go hand in hand dont they. anyhting not of God is of satan. clark killed 2 birds with one stone. the end of the song with every foolish word you spit part. is telling you how that kind of thinking led to the death of jesus any way. jesus came to speak truth and no one wanted to hear it, even though they claimed to already know it, and live it. I know it sounds like a wierd line, but it basically shows that kind of hate what it leads to. it goes the same from then to now people who claim to know the truth but arent living it are constantly livineg a lie, or nailing jesus to the cross. | |
