Maybe I just take things in weird ways but I think this song is about a transvestite! This part says to me that a gentleman won't try and sleep with her and find out the truth that she is actually a he! This song was played at my uncle's funeral for his daughter. The line :"But if I'd only known how the king would fall" just breaks my heart! When I hear this song I am always reminded of him. |
