She threw away the keys (they aren't in her pocket anymore) if he regretted all he did then he would be trapped back in the time when they were together and the picture of them was in her locket. the only line that throws me off of my interpretation is the "your fingers say to come, but your eyes say I should stop it" which i see as, she's telling him to be with her but she doesn't actually? |
